Youth for Christ exists to pursue lost and vulnerable young people 11-19 year's old during a critical stage of their development.
We intentionally go to where they are at in schools with Campus Life, in neighborhoods with City Life, and institutions with our Juvenile Justice Ministry.
It’s not enough to just bring ministry to young people, but we provide leadership opportunities through YFC Core for them to own ministry among their peers. Our YFC Camps are also designed as a catalyst for teens to immediately go back into their schools and neighborhoods sharing what God has done in their lives. Along this journey we understand issues often arise requiring a trusted counselor to help navigate through life's emotional, mental, and relational challenges. Our licensed Family Concern Counseling team provides holistic care for the youth we interact with daily, as well as thier family members. This ministry strategy allows us to effectively and efficiently reach as many young people - who "give life to their story" through the love of Jesus Christ. |
